Enterprise Thermal Engineering

Solar Water Heater

Transform ambient solar radiation into sustainable, zero-cost thermal energy. Engineered for uncompromised durability, maximum heat retention, and complete grid independence across residential and industrial sectors.

The Strategic Advantage

Replacing conventional electric geysers with advanced solar thermal dynamics provides immediate operational and environmental dividends.

Accelerated ROI

Water heating accounts for roughly 30% of domestic power consumption. Transitioning to passive solar heating allows the asset to pay for itself within 24 to 36 months via drastic utility cost reductions.

Thermodynamic Retention

Injected with 50mm of High-Density Polyurethane Foam (PUF), the core storage assembly retains critical water temperatures (up to 85°C) for 48 to 72 hours, ensuring supply during extended grid failures.

Marine-Grade Resilience

Internal storage tanks are fabricated from heavy-gauge Pre-Galvanized Iron and sealed with Marine Grade Epoxy coating to prevent oxidation, resist scaling, and guarantee a 15+ year lifespan.

Zero-Emission Operation

A standard 200 LPD system eliminates the combustion of fossil fuels otherwise required by the grid, preventing approximately 1.5 metric tons of CO2 emissions annually. Achieve sustainability silently.

Core Technologies Explained

Omnis offers two distinct collector architectures, optimized for specific geographic constraints and climatic demands.

Evacuated Tube Collector (ETC)

The ETC matrix relies on natural thermosiphon convection and absolute vacuum insulation. Each collector consists of twin-layer borosilicate glass tubes with an evacuated air gap.

Because heat cannot transfer through a vacuum, thermal energy captured by the selective inner coating is locked inside. As water heats, its density decreases, rising naturally into the storage tank.

  • Superior Cold Weather Performance: Total vacuum insulation prevents conductive heat loss, yielding high temperatures even during freezing winters or dense overcast.
  • Modular Maintenance: In the event of physical impact, a shattered tube can be hot-swapped without draining the system or interrupting service.
  • Optimal Trajectory Tracking: Cylindrical tubes passively track the sun's trajectory, maintaining a high angle of incidence from dawn until dusk.

Flat Plate Collector (FPC)

The FPC system is the industry benchmark for extreme longevity. It operates on a greenhouse principle, utilizing a high-purity copper matrix sealed inside an insulated casement.

Covered by low-iron, toughened solar glass, the panel traps long-wave thermal radiation inside, rapidly heating the fluid passing through the internal copper manifold.

  • Unmatched Structural Rigidity: The armored, single-panel design is impervious to extreme weather, easily deflecting heavy hail and high-velocity winds.
  • Peak Tropical Efficiency: Delivers rapid, high-volume heat exchange in regions receiving strong, direct sunlight across the Indian subcontinent.
  • Aesthetic Integration: The slim, low-profile form factor allows for flush mounting against modern roof pitches, preferred by commercial architects.

Installation & Discretion Guidelines

Standard operating procedures and safety protocols for deploying Omnis solar thermal systems.

Professional Deployment Protocols

To ensure optimal performance, structural safety, and warranty validity, all installations must adhere to our stringent discretion guidelines:

  • Structural Verification: Prior to mounting, the load-bearing capacity of the roof slab must be assessed to ensure it can safely sustain the system's operational wet weight (e.g., a 200 LPD unit exceeds 250kg when filled).
  • Hydraulic Calibration: The cold-water feed tank must be elevated 5 to 7 feet above the solar array to guarantee consistent gravity-fed pressure. Direct connections from booster pumps to the system inlet are strictly prohibited to prevent tank rupture.
  • Aesthetic & Routing Discretion: Plumbing lines (CPVC/Composite) and structural frameworks should be routed cleanly and discreetly to minimize visual impact and preserve the architectural integrity of the building.
  • Safety & Grounding: All mounting frameworks must be firmly grouted to withstand local high-velocity wind loads. Proper ventilation pipes must be installed straight and vertical.
  • Water Quality Compliance: Input water Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) must remain strictly below 600 PPM to prevent premature calcification within the manifold or tubes.
